The service

Outliers by Ninefold analyzes public short-form posts to find those that outperformed their own account, explains why, and drafts adaptations in your voice. It is research tooling; you are responsible for what you publish.

Your account and plan

One person per account. Plan limits (scans, niches, accounts per niche) are enforced in the product. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly through Stripe until cancelled from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of a first payment on request.

Acceptable use

• Do not use adaptations to copy another creator's content. The product is built to reuse structure, not words; you must keep it that way.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the platform data shown in the product.
• Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, or target individuals.

Third-party platforms

Statistics come from public TikTok pages through a third-party API and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee availability of any platform's data.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
