Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-09-04. This is the v1 policy; it will be reviewed before public launch.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and sign-in tokens (Supabase Auth), your plan and Stripe customer id (Stripe holds card details; we never see them).
- What you give us: niche names, TikTok handles and hashtags, your voice profile and sample posts, and the extra context you type into adapt-for-me.
- Public platform data: public profile and post statistics for the accounts in your niches, fetched through Apify's TikTok actors and cached for 24 hours; posts are kept so the feed and baselines work.
- Generated content: teardowns and adaptations produced by Anthropic's Claude models from the data above.
- Usage: scans, their cost, and errors, so we can enforce plan limits and debug. Minimal structured logs and error reports (Sentry).
How we use it
Only to provide the service: scoring outliers, generating teardowns and adaptations, sending the weekly digest you opted into, billing, and support. We do not sell data or use it to train models.
Processors
Supabase (database and auth), Apify (public TikTok data), Anthropic (teardowns and adaptations), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel and Fly.io (hosting), Sentry (errors).
MCP clients
When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client, that client receives the tool results you ask for (niches, outliers, teardowns, adaptations) under an OAuth token you can revoke at any time from Settings or by removing the connector in the client.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Email support@ninefold.ai to export or delete your account; we complete deletion within 30 days.
