1. Name a niche
5–30 seed accounts, optional hashtags. We propose more accounts from the hashtags; you approve them.
2. Scan
Each account's baseline is the trimmed median of its last 20 posts. Anything ≥5× that in the last 14 days is an outlier. Posts under 48h show as climbing.
3. Teardown, then adapt
Hook, format, structure, and one sentence on why it worked. Then three scripts that reuse the structure in your voice, never the words.
