A post from the last 14 days that reached at least 5× its own account's baseline. The baseline is the trimmed median views of that account's last 20 posts, so a breakout is measured against the account itself, not against the niche.
How often is this report refreshed?
After every scan of the niche; the last one ran 35d ago. Posts younger than 48 hours show as climbing and are never flagged, so the list settles rather than churns.
